The Design Review Board functions as the decision-making body for the design of new development projects and most exterior changes to existing buildings. The Board also acts as an advisory body to the Planning Commission in cases also involving a land use decision. The Board's decisions can be appealed to the City Council, which can uphold the Board's decision, overturn it, or modify it. Come and join us!
